Family & Kids

Fun for every age, zero cost

Cars for Cops & Kids lives up to its name. While the cars draw serious enthusiasts, the show is designed from the ground up for families. Kids roam freely through a sea of extraordinary vehicles — many owners are happy to share the story behind their build.

The Scouting America Pinewood Derby is a fan favorite: kids watch (and cheer) as handcrafted wooden cars race down a dedicated track. It's a reminder of what the whole event is really about.

The Glendale Police Department brings patrol vehicles, K-9 units, and specialty equipment for interactive display. Kids can get an up-close look at the tools and vehicles that keep their community safe — and meet the officers who use them.

Food & Vendors

Fuel up during the show

A rotating lineup of food trucks and local vendors sets up along the park perimeter throughout the morning. Options typically include breakfast items, coffee, street food, and desserts. Vendor lineup varies year to year.

The Dad's Club of Verdugo Woodlands operates a beer garden for adult attendees. All beverages from the beer garden must be consumed within the designated area.

Vendors interested in participating should use the Contact page or watch for the vendor application on this site.
